Incorrect address

Hi,

Is someone able to help me with an address that is incorrect in Waze? The directions and final point are about 2km out. I tried to log it through support however only US/Canada addresses are displayed in the drop down.

Thanks BeastlyHaz. It’s 8 Inverness Street, Flinders View. Waze directs to Cascade Gardens Retirement Village on Cascade Street, Flinders View.

Thanks for the reply. The issue was caused by Google Maps having a wildly inaccurate pin location for the address. I have now submitted a fix to GMaps which is now being reviewed.

In the meantime I have manually added the address to the Waze map. In most cases Waze will prioritise using this Waze result over the GMaps one. This should be updated in Waze in a couple hours.

For Waze to update the location on your device, please remove the destination from your recent destinations list and/or your saved address by swiping left on the place, then tap options, then tap remove drive/home/work. If you do not do this, Waze will continue routing you to the old location for up to 30 days.
