Incorrect destination for Newton-Wellesley Physicians, Millis, MA

Waze is routing users to Franklin, MA

instead of the correct location.

Newton-Wellesley Physicians
969 Main Street, Suite 205
Millis, MA 02054

Example route:
Start: 5 Oak Street, Wayland, MA
Destination: Newton-Wellesley Physicians, 969 Main Street, Suite 205, Millis, MA

Multiple patients have reported being directed to Franklin instead of the medical office in Millis. The street address is correct, but the destination or place marker appears to be incorrect.

My problem happened when I entered the entire street address only.

Thanks for reaching out. I checked the map we edit for a Newton-Wellesley Physicians pin in Franklin and couldn’t find anything. I checked for 969 Main St in Franklin, MA but the numbers end in the low 300s.

Sometimes an erroneous pin is suggested by Google Maps and given to Waze as a search result. However, there was no result other than the one in Millis just as you listed.

So I pulled out my phone and typed in the practice name and the house number of 969 and only 2 choices were presented - both went to the correct site across from the Mobil and next to the library in Millis.

I am very sorry I can’t reproduce this issue. I don’t believe adding a suite number would alter the result, but we don’t map apartments or suites so I always leave that out.

Are you aware of what specific location in Franklin is given as a result?
