Business is at 8511 Landover Road in a strip mall.
You must enter the strip mall on Brightseat Rd to access the business.
Waze currently directing to Landover road & confusing many customers & Uber/Lyft drivers.
Thank you for your help.

Hi NathanBKM, Thanks for the message, we have already found some inconsistencies with addresses on the map and have started to update this strip mall. We wanted to ask what your business is, the name, address, and where it is in the strip mall, so that we can add it to the map. That way when someone searches for your business by name they will be taken to the correct spot. Looking forward to your response!
Thanks again!

I do not understand why computers have renamed it as Hyattsville. There are many other towns between Landover & Hyattsville!
Hello
Just checking in as this issue has not been fixed.
Hi NathanBKM, We did fix the issue here, We added the correct address points for each of the businesses in the shopping center.
What address or place are you typing in when you use waze that is giving you an incorrect route?
As you can see here, its taking me right to the correct address at 8511(unavailable attachment: Screenshot 2023-02-14 091645.png)
Still not working.
Still telling drivers to make a U turn on Landover Rd rather than a left on Brightseat road when coming from the beltway.
@NathanBKM, JasonN899 asked you “What address or place are you typing in when you use waze that is giving you an incorrect route?”
Until you answer that question, none of us are going to be able to help you.
Hi again,
like i stated previously everything about the shopping center and the places you gave us is correct in waze. If you use waze and type in these shops or their addresses it will route correctly.
Here is a picture from 95 to 8567 the china restaurant
Also, when there are 3rd party apps involved like Uber/Lyft/Doordash these do not always give the correct address, sometimes they even give a gps coordinate. we see a lot of complaints from people using these apps because the information these apps give to waze is not correct. 95% of the time the issues are because of the 3rd party app.
Do us a favor and download and use waze to get to your shopping center, let us know if it works. If for some reason it doesn’t work, there is a big orange circle on the bottom right of the app, click that, then click map issue, and report it, this will show us the incorrect route.
Also, I asked last time on Feb 14th, to provide the address that you stated people are having an issue with, and we didn’t get a response until today.
Again, we need specifics, but like I stated a few times now, everything is mapped correctly in this area for these addresses/businesses when using waze.
Here is the issue with GPS points…and other apps that feed information into waze…
This image is from google. This is the place point for google maps is in the correct spot.
BUT…and here is the issue…some of the apps like Uber/Lyft/DoorDash give waze GPS coordinates (we don’t know where they come from) , but if they are off even a little bit, and it was any closer to Landover Rd, it would direct you to stop on Landover instead of into the parking lot.
Because the GPS coordinate is off, and its closer to landover, waze thinks thats correct, because it only does what you tell it.

IN the end, we really need more information as to whats going on to try to help!
Thanks
If I may add …
To obtain the revised coordinates, drivers would need to remove any instance of this address from their Waze history (listings with a “clock” icon) / Saved Places >> (tap the 3 dots & delete). Then perform a new search and resave.
If someone have an old search result or Saved Place, drivers will be routed to the old location - Waze stores the Lat/Long of a search result and doesn’t perform a new query each time.
