Heading east, the map editor does show there are two lanes. The left lane is marked correctly (left turn and thru), but the right lane has no movement attached to it. It should be assigned as a right-turn lane.
Heading west, the left lane is only assigned as a thru lane. It is a shared left-turn & thru lane.
