We recently went to a house at 2730 Clear Creek Road Highlands, NC 28741. The pin is in the middle of the property so it takes you the wrong way and is inaccessible from the suggested route. I have circled the location where it should be. I tried to edit it on the map but the area where the current pin sits is blacked out to me.
It looks like you added the house number to the segment, which should help your issue.
It will take a few days for your fix to reach the app.
The red pin in your screenshot is actually the Google Maps location for the address. I have made the suggestion to GM to move their pin location as well. No guarantees if they will approve but Waze should work better.

I went ahead and added a driveway back there, as there is another address back there (2726) in addition to 2730 - that should further improve the routing. We can test this in a couple days (Saturday at the earliest) to see if the routing is working.
It’s still showing the pin in the wrong place and the directions take you on sassafras rd instead of the entrance being on clear creek. any suggestions?

Waze was behind in the tile updates, but we just got one this morning that includes the fix made on Sep. 10th. I just tested successfully as well.
