Incorrect road closure

Hello,

In Strassen, Luxembourg, highway A6, exit 4

Altough the exit is actually closed when you come from the south, the road over the highway is not, allowing people using it to go on the highway in both directions.

I wanted to do the modification, but a higher rank is needed.
