Trying to improve (simplify) the junction of Shadeland Ave and the ramp to the Interstate in response to a reported problem.

I highly suggest that the two ramps meet at a single junction on Shadeland for simplicity.

Thanks, I put the junction as close to the middle of the GPS point paths as I could.
