Proposal to change the rule for adding speed bumps due to InSight integration

The company has likely made a change and started using the new alerter (InSight) in a way that keeps the alert active throughout the entire range of speed bumps in the app. As a result, the requirement to add a speed bump only at the first one will cause the range of speed bumps to be reflected incorrectly in the app.
Accordingly, I suggest that the rule be changed to allow adding all speed bumps that meet the other rules (driving speed, causing damage).

This involves a change to the following rule:

Conditions for adding speed bumps on a one-way road

We will examine from the beginning of the street (or intercity road) to its end (categorized by street/road name) all junctions in the map editor where a vehicle is permitted to enter this street/road (entry from a parking lot is not considered for this purpose), as well as the beginning and end of the street (road). A roundabout is also a junction for this purpose. We will call these junctions “entrance junctions” (even if it is a junction at the end of the street). Example:

In the image on the right, junction B is not an “entrance junction” since the entrance is from a parking lot. In the center image, junction A is not an entrance junction for those traveling on the main street since there is no vehicle entry from there (a one-way street going out). In the left image, for a driver traveling from point K to point M, junction B is not an “entrance junction” because turning in that direction is prohibited for someone coming from point L. For a driver traveling from point L to point K, junction B is not an “entrance junction” because no vehicle can arrive from point M (outgoing one-way street). If the segment from junction B toward M were two-way, then for a driver traveling from point M to point K, junction B would be an “entrance junction” because a vehicle coming from point L could enter the path.
Between every two “entrance junctions,” we will add a hazard (if required) only for the first speed bump that meets the conditions above.
