Scan for new URs without comment (other than the Waze initial request for URs with less than two words of description and no reporter comment)
Go through the list.
While responding to the list of URs will find other URs that are not on the list although they meet the criteria.
Or go do other edits and find URs that meet the criteria that are a few hours old and should have been on the list.

Thank you for reporting this case. Could you please share the link to the location where you have been checking URs? I have tried in a few locations, applied the filters you mentioned, and each time the number of URs matched the number of items in the list.
hello. seems that there are issues with all new Update requests submitted on 10th March evening (maybe after 5 PM UTC). the community script UR-MP tracker is able to reveal new URs being populated, but those are not visible in the WME tracker, nor on the map.
oh. I was just going to put some examples while I found, that the issue seems resolved just minutes ago
