Hello, several lanes from different streets converge at this intersection, and depending on where you are going, you have to position yourself in one lane or another. Many people don’t know this because neither Google Maps, Waze, nor any other app warns you about which lane to take, and of course, they then reach the traffic light and are in the wrong lane to continue their route.

That is the URL for the intersection area where I have added the note. The turn indication for each lane is marked on the lane itself, as seen in the satellite view, but if any Level 4 or higher editor who can set it has any doubts, feel free to ask me via chat.
For example, for cars coming from Carrer Cauce, the right lane has a mandatory right turn and the left lane has a mandatory left turn; you cannot go straight or make a U-turn back toward Carrer Cauce in the opposite direction. For those coming from Carrer Victoria Kent (upper or left zone), the right lane must go straight (no turns) and the left lane must turn left onto Carrer Cauce. For those coming from the lower or right zone, the right lane diverts toward Carrer Cauce and the left lane becomes the only one further ahead to continue straight.
