Hola querida comunidad!
Nos complace invitarlos a registrarse al Meetup México, Centroamérica y Caribe 2020! 
Así es, este año tendremos como huésped a la Comunidad Mexicana, acercando a estas maravillosas comunidades en un mismo meetup!
Estos son los detalles del evento:
Dónde: San José, Costa Rica en el Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen
Cuándo: Sábado 23 de Mayo de 2020.
Programa: tendremos un día completo de conferencia y actividades sobre Waze y nuestras comunidades.
Incluye transporte y hospedaje.
Para aquellos que necesiten un vuelo no se cubre los costos Aeropuerto > Hotel > Aeropuerto.
Para aquellos que lleguen conduciendo, se cubrirá combustible, peajes y estacionamiento (con recibo/ticket official)
Adicionalmente este será uno de los primeros encuentros donde podremos invitar a los partners CCP. No obstante no será posible cubrir sus costos de transporte ni hospedaje. En caso de tener interés en participar por favor informar por email a: mauromanero@waze.com
Los lugares son limitados. Si deseas participar deberás completar este formulario hasta el 23 de Febrero. Por favor pasen el mensaje al resto de los miembros de su comunidad!
IMPORTANTE - Ten en cuenta que el completar este formulario de registro no garantiza tu participación en el evento. Revisaremos los registrados y enviaremos un email de confirmación a los aceptados indicando los pasos a seguir.
Tener en cuenta:
- Por favor no compres / reserves tus propios vuelos / pasajes ya que no podremos garantizar reembolso alguno.
Una vez que tu participación haya sido confirmada nuestro agente de viajes se pondrá en contacto contigo. - Entendemos que algunos preferirán asistir con sus familiares. En este caso, es importante entender que no podremos cubrir ningún costo relacionado a ellos, ni podemos comprometernos a que viajen juntos.
- Si estas viajando internacionalmente para participar por favor asegúrate de verificar de que cuentas con los requerimientos de seguro de viaje, visa, vacunación, etc. para Costa Rica como para el/los países en los que harás conexión/transito para llegar a Costa Rica.

We are happy to invite you to the 2020 Mexico, Central American & Caribbean Meetup!
Yes, this year we will be hosting the Mexican Community as well, bringing these communities closer in one meetup!
These are the event details:
Where: San José, Costa Rica @ Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen
When: Saturday May 23rd, 2020.
Program: we will have a full conference day with activities to improve the performance of Waze in our communities.
Includes flights & accommodation
For those of you taking a flight, the expenses Airport > Hotel > Airport are not covered.
For those of you driving we will cover fuel, tolls & parking (providing official receipts/tickets).
Additionally this will be one of the first events where we are able to invite our CCP partners.
It wont be possible to cover their transportation & accommodation expenses. Please inform at: mauromanero@waze.com in case of a partner’s interest.
Spots are limited! If you are interested in participating please fill in this form until February 23rd. Please also inform the rest of the members of your communities!
IMPORTANT: Filling in the form does not guarantee your participation in the event. We will go over the submissions and we will send a confirmation email to the accepted participants including the next steps.
Take into account:
- Please do not purchase / book your own flights / tickets since we wont be able to guarantee a refund.
Once your participation has been confirmed our travel agent will get in touch. - We understand that some of you will prefer to attend with your family / friends. In this case it’s important to understand that we are unable to cover any cost related to them, and neither can we assure that you will be travelling together.
- If you are travelling internationally to participate, please make sure to verify that you comply with all the requirements of travel insurance, visa, vaccinations, etc. both for Costa Rica but also the countries you will be connecting/transiting through to reach Costa Rica.
