Is waze maps the infamous Italian Zona traffico limitato?

Hello everyone,
last week i was traveling in Italy ,I was careful not to enter into major cities ,but
On the last day I relied on waze blindly and passed through Verona ,
can i be sure I did not got a traffic fine on driving in prohibited zones ?

ZTLs streets are set with time based restriction (24/7 or other day/time frames, depending on the real restricions), applied to all vehicles except Taxis and Public Transportation).

If you don’t set your client to Taxi, you should be sure not to get fines (I wrote “should” because, sometimes, local authorities are faster then map update).
