Issue with toll showing properly in tool but not in app

For one toll in USA/New Jersey we have gotten URs from drivers they are getting a toll flag but not the toll amount at one plaza. I’ve checked with a New Jersey SM with access, and he has verified the toll is working correctly in the Toll Tool. A few editors using the production version of the client (IOS and Android) have created routes through this plaza and confirm that no toll amount is being shown.

Looking to see if others have had this sort of issue, and if so what they have looked at to solve it.

Here’s a now closed UR that initially brought this to our attention. The driver didn’t reply in-app, but via e-mail “I get on the Garden State Parkway at exit 163 and off at exit 105. Waze shows the tolls as $1.50. The tolls are actually $3.00”

We were able to simulate this setting a start address of Woodbridge Center Mall, Woodbridge NJ and a destination of Monmouth Mall, Eatontown NJ

If the SM with access to the Toll Tool has verified that there should be nothing wrong with the prices based off what we see in the Toll Tool, Daliah has recommended someone report the issue via CenterCode
