Hi all,
I’d like to give my contribution but something is going wrong.
I used my phone app to notice an error in the map, then (just this morning) I’ve received a mail with “The map problem you reported on Waze on 05-Oct-2012 has been reviewed by earchontopoulos but wasn’t resolved”, and a link to edit the map, but it seems like I have no permission to do it.
What can I do? Who can help?

Please post a permalink to the place where you want to edit. It’s probably locked.
Click the word “permalink” to the lower right of the editing window, and copy the URL that comes up. Then post it here.

OK, it looks like none of those roads are locked. Maybe your drive has not been processed yet. You can either wait until it is, or search the Italian forum for a topic on editing assistance (I can’t edit in Italy, sorry).

Italy is all locked at the moment. They had major problems with vandalism on the maps.
Search “Italy permissions” on the forums and you’ll find a long thread about it.
My sympathies go to all Italian editors at the moment.
