“Exit 55 is exit 54”
This section of I-295 is still rather new, so photographic evidence would be helpful. Lacking any, the only reference, such as it is, is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstate_295_in_Florida, which has it as Exit 55.
Alright, I will try to verify it myself on my way home from work in the morning.
I found it on FDOT:
http://www.dot.state.fl.us/TrafficOperations/Operations/exitnumb/New%20295%20East%20Beltway%20exit%20numbers%2012142011.pdf
#54 is the new exit designation for Gate Parkway. There is no longer an exit #55.
I imagine that means others have shifted as well. I can’t verify if other changes are needed as I can’t access the editor from work to compare WME to the list.
Here is the master exit list for all Florida highways:

Didn’t Florida just recently switch to numbering by mile marker, rather than sequential numbering. I know at one time, Florida was one of only a few states with sequential numbering.
That might explain the random order they appear in that link I provided.
They definitely aren’t sequential in a 1, 2, 3 sense.
Not so sure about “recent” as they started the project 10+ years ago, but yes you are otherwise correct:

Changed it to Exit 54.
