Now, we’re happy to present you with another way to help drivers both on and off the road, by becoming a Waze Product Expert In the Waze Help Community!
Product Experts are a role in the Google Help Center ecosystem who help answer user questions, and earn points and levels for doing so. You can also gain access to cool swag and other opportunities through the program.
Waze has been piloting this community for a few years now, but we only recently joined the full program through our partnership with Geo. Now that we’re fully connected, the onboarding and leveling up process is now automated, so you can join the community through this registration portal. Just select Waze from the dropdown and which languages you want to answer questions in:
We currently have Help Forums active in EN, ES, FR, IT, DE, and PT.
You can select which languages you want to participate in when you register, and add more in the settings on the portal later on if you so choose.
