Lots of reports of this issue and I have experienced it myself:

The junction shows closed for straight on which takes everyone around the houses but in fact you can go straight on Junction of A426 and Northampton lane is the issue.
Once resolved, I can close at least 5 outstanding issues!

I did noticed the Segement on the Permlink the Speed Limit is set to 64 Mph. I guess this is Wrong since National Speed Limit is 60Mph. 
Sorry about the speeds. Whilst checking GSV for any valid turn restrictions here (there weren’t any) I saw the speed limit change, so I set some speeds.
I’m using the WME Speedhelper script, which knows that the UK uses mph. However, I normally have my units set to metric, so I hack the scrip to set the equivalent value in mph. Unfortunately, whilst seeing if I could detect my current units setting and hack the script more elegantly, my WME got stuck on imperial and I didn’t notice. So when I clicked on the 40mph symbol, the script set a value of 64, which would have been correct if I was using metric settings.
Now fixed. I think I ought to stick more carefully to my resolution to have nothing to do with speed limits.
