[喀什 Kashi] Unlock PS (L6 > L2)

I am a L3 AM for Kashi (喀什市 قەشقەر) in China and some user locked a few PS on L6 back in 2015. I would like to edit them and change the lock level to L2 (like in the Wiki).

There are multiple changes , it should remain Waze selected

Please revert all back to Waze selected and avoid changing the default if no special reason.

If any special reason is for changing the prompt , please discuss it on the forum with the local community leaders and have it approved prior changing it
