The road segment you have linked to currently has a closure on it for Sewer Repairs until 30 Sept.
Unfortunately as a level 1 editor you will not be able to alter or delete the closure.
Please can you tell me what the issue is and I’ll provide assistance.
EDIT
Looking at the numerous reports in the area it seems the roadworks have ended early so I’ve removed the closure.
