L2 needed Map update request in Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 and 2 - Missing road

I’d appreciate your help with a map update.

Reason:
I’m Level 1 but Level 2 is needed. There is an underground road that doesn’t exist on Waze and needs to be created, I marked in red in the attachment, that gives access to Tower 2 and Tower 1 of Boulevard Plaza in Dubai. Currently anyone using Waze ends up in Tower 3 / Emaar Square instead, as most of the area is one way then it takes 10-15m to get to the right building.

It still doesn’t allow me to edit that road for some reason.
