please can these segments be downlocked to level 2 to allow me to connect side roads and change elevation.

Validator’s also flagging up an unconnected road a bit further east, just south of Taylor St. And if you use shift-Z to see the "red arrow"ed turns, there seem to be rather too many of them.

Oooo Shift-Z … that’s a new one for me - I like it !
Sorted most of the red arrows apart from the ones on this junction.
Please can you downlock so I can finish tidying up.
