On reflection,
I was thinking about merging this section of road to de-split it, as there look to be a couple of other side parking roads that could be added, and it is just going to get messy with it being a split road.
Any objections?
If not, then please can you also unlock these segments. [Edit] and this one!
(I’ve read the wiki about not deleting segments and joining existing one-way segments end to end and converting to two way)

I have no objection to unsplitting that road, but I’ll let Iain have final say…
I’d go along with the unsplit, from Joseph St down. Given the number of cross segments in place it will make management much easier and only needs one restricted turn that I can see.
If you don’t already know, there is a proper technique to unsplit roads that will preserve speed data for both directions and house numbers (if there are any) for both sides. You can find it in the Wiki here. :geek:

Right, think I’ve sorted it - Apart from I’m not 100% sure on the layout of the junction points here. I’ve tried to make the geometry so that there will be a ‘keep right’ instruction when coming from Low Road and heading for Forster Street.
Wasn’t sure on the turn restriction you mentioned … I’ve put it as no right turn from Stafford street onto Hunslet Road … but there are no signs to that effect?
Also the angle of Epwort Place joining Low road would suggest left turn only - but again no signs to that effect, so I’ve left this one enabled.
Any constructive criticism will be gracefully received !

Couple minor points
- this turn lane has a redundant node, and should not be named. Without a name, the driver will get an instruction on the next road name (e.g. Forster St).
- I don’t see any signs prohibiting traffic turning right out of Stafford St. If there were, then I’d move the split further SE, and join it to the 1-way segment.
That street was already named, and I added the extra node to stop validator flagging ‘same endpoints drivable segment’.
I’ve now removed the name and the extra node, and also moved the start of the slip road slightly to appease validator.
That’s how it was originally, but that also prevented the right turn from Low road into Stafford Street.
I’ve now enabled the turn from Stafford onto Hunslet Road.

Unless there’s any more ‘tweaks’ required … the roads can now be uplocked as necessary.
