L1 here with a request to either Unlock or remove this L3 road closure at Hägersten, Stockholm which hasn’t been there for several weeks now.

Are your referring to the closure on Stenkilsgatan?
Your link does not highlight any segment.
The street is already L1 but you can’t add or delete closures as an L1. I can fix it but need to know that I’m handling the correct segment.
On the map the closure is on Örnsbergsvägen.
