    Phased reconstruction of Nedereindseweg; 80-meter sections will be dug up and the foundation laid, so that a maximum of 80 meters is inaccessible to emergency services.

They will probably keep the road closed for that entire period. But because you have to take the fire department into account for closures, you are only allowed (in this case) to completely block off a maximum of 80m (40m throw length). Otherwise, you would also see the phasing in the traffic plan, and that is not currently the case. I have added it, by the way, and thanks for the report.
