Hi,

please could someone downlock these segments to allow me to fix the UR routing issue.

I think you’ve already fixed the issue by adding a node in the middle of the side loop.

To explain the UR here: Waze plans its route as a list of nodes. Before your last edit, there were two paths between those two nodes, so the client (or editor) can’t figure out which route to take. If you look at the routes in the UR, the purple line continues straight yet there are two ‘turn right’ instructions. Adding that extra node removes the ambiguity, and the route should be correct now.

Thanks for the explanation. Although this may have fixed the problem, this road is actually two roads (Penreavon Ave and Jackson Rd) connected by another unnamed one.

This is the change I would like to make.

Okay - roads downlocked for you, although the sideroads were already unlocked.

I needed to disconnect one end of the side road from the main road (level 3) hence the downlock.

Changes have now been made, so levels can be re-instated back to 3.
