L3 to L2 unlock SR23 - Dorat Rd

Hi there,

I have added a road and need the following road to connect to SR23,

One thing that I have also noticed is that SR23 Dorat Rd is down as B23. Should this road be renamed as it shows on Google maps as SR23? If so, could you unlock that whole road stretch please.
