L3 unlock to add roads off Stuart Highway, Darwin NT

I have added a side road in to help with better routing. Can the level be lowered, or an editor add the road on to the Stuart Highway to enable routing.

This section added is 2 way, and so needs adding to Stuart Highway as a turn in, as well as being able to turn left onto Stuart Highway from it.

Again, road joins the Stuart HWY and so you can turn left out of it.
