URGENT

HI, please could a L4+ help me to close the nodes on the A4119 and Clos Park Rady, making a T-Junction.

Waze allowed me to remove the roundabout, but when I went to join the nodes to turn this into a T-Junction it says that I don’t have the correct permissions or level (which is very fustrating)

Sorry that I’ve messed this up but I should of checked the road level first but I thought that Level 3 would be fine, but not.
