L4 Allow all turns at two locations on N89

Hello,

I paved a few new roads and a roundabout in the brand new “Parc d’activités de Vecmont”. New roads will follow soon but for now the new zone should be connected to the N89 (two one-way lanes some 10 m apart) by la L4 editor.

Another small segment should be connected to N89 a bit further north:
