the Rama IV exit segment here:

is closed on workdays from 06:45-09:00 if you are traveling from the east (ie Bangna).

however, if you are traveling from the west (ie Daokanong) on this segment here:

https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=row&lon=100.55513&lat=13.71650&layers=2469&zoom=6&segments=144430745&mapProblemFilter=0&mapUpdateRequestFilter=0&venueFilter=0

then there are NO time restrictions.

Please redraw and set timing restricitons, or lower the level to 3 so I may edit.
