Reason: NORTHBOUND: please make part of the segment two lanes.
Left lane turns left
right lane continues straight or turns right.
I am not going to submit a request for every lane missing, but this intersection is confusing. If you use StreetView, you can see a car and trailer continuing straight when they were in the left lane.
The lanes has always been set up this way, but is confuses drivers
