Hi Editors,

I would like to be able to edit the following segments.

Reason: Presumably because of the adjacent A487 this was set to Major Highway and should be Minor. Now the C’fon bypass is about to be open I’m tidying stuff up and need to tweak it. Just downlock for now please in case I need to do more work.
