Closure added.
I’ve downlocked the roads to level 3 which I think will enable you to manage the closure, should any change be needed.
I agree that these two segments do need to be closed, the UR’s are clear.
However, I’m puzzled by the one.network item referring to works on the flyover. Seems to me that the flyover is in the opposite direction. I’ve downlocked the flyover segment too so that you can close that as well if you think it necessary.
Please nudge me to restore the auto-locks when the closure is over - another post here would do.

PS the “Ref #18322686” is to tie up with Closure Monitor - it’s the code by which Monitor identifies the one.network item. Normally Monitor only selects a few one.network items to process, and it didn’t pick this one out. I’ve “whitelisted” this one so it should now appear on Monitor, except that whitelisting doesn’t seem to be working at the moment.
Please return the the downgraded roads to their previous level
