Hi, L4 closures required for a few days in Chester next week as they close A5268 St. Oswald’s Way.
Reason given is “Carriageway Surface Treatment works” whatever that is. If it’s sorting out potholes then I’m all for it. Thankfully they’re avoiding rush hour.
