L4 downlock - Suez St, Basford, Nottingham

Hi, there is no junction between Suez St and North Gate (it’s a fire path only), so the segments need to be disconnected. For some reason, Suez St is locked to level 4. Please can it be set to 1?

It may have been previously locked because the layout didn’t match the aerials.

I don’t think so. The road breaks are clearly visible on current aerials and Street View.
