Reason: A segment of the B9157 is labelled as A909, whilst I don’t see an issue with keeping the segment a mH instead of PS (although I don’t think it’s needed personally) I do think it would make more sense for the name to be changed back to the B9157?

Yeah, I agree with this, but with some additions.
I’ve changed the name of the segment so the road name is continuous, but a map comment is worth leaving to explain why.
Also, I’ve added further instructions for the continuation of the A909, as well as road shields.

@Keith_KJ what about this, (i noticed the a909 a while back when i passing through, but never questioned it), but as it has now been adjusted, what about this junction i regulalry see? https://waze.com/en-GB/editor?env=row&lat=53.50153&lon=-2.31063&marker=true&zoomLevel=19&segments=460515941 . i can’t find any info or signs of bolton road being the b5228?
According to OS Open Data’s Roads it doesn’t extend to the right from Clairemont Rd to Bolton Rd but it does cover the small section to the left that rejoins Clairemont Rd to the roundabout, fwiw.
I see what you mean. As Firecul says, only the small segment between the ramp and Claremont Rd is the B5228 (according to OSData). That being said. I think it’s best just to have this road, Bolton Rd, on its own. There are no routing issues as both Bolton Rd and Claremont Rd are Primary Streets.
please can you make the changes? i’ve been getting saving errors on wme and log outs since the afternoon …
Done. I’ve added the B number as an Alt name to the segment on Bolton Rd between the ramp and Claremont Rd. It probably won’t make any difference, but at least it shows that it’s been taken into account.
@Keith_KJ Won’t traffic on the B9157 now be told to continue onto the A909, then continue onto the B9157? Wouldn’t it be better to leave this segment without a name?
It shouldn’t do with the path instructions set. It can be tested out tomorrow after the tile build.
