Hi Kevin, I’ve lower, but as it can’t be raised back to L4 while there are closures in place, can you let us know when the closure are finished?

Thanks. I think I also need the below segment unlocked. I hadn’t included it orginally, but the the plan suggests that the closure goes just beyond Wiltshire Rd.
