Can I get these segments down to a L3 so I can remove a couple of PLRs in a permanently closed car park?
Can’t see any obvious reason why the eastern of these two segments is at M4/A3, so should this stay at A3 after I’m done, as it just looks like it’s got a restriction set on it with nothing else differentiating it from a normal driveable segment (I wonder if this restriction is still in place with the closure of the car park)?
