Can I please get these segments down to a L3 so I can add some closures for the next couple of days. Not sure if there is any partiular reason for these being at an M4 too.

They’re locked at 4 because they’re part of a major highway junction, so we generally lock to match. One of the Magic highlights points them out when it feels like it, although I’m not sure on the exact algorithm it uses. Something like “if the segment is ramp, it should be locked at the same level as the highest locked segment it joins to”.
That’s fair enough re the junction reason for the locking, thought I’d ask, as there were some slips at A3 and some at M4, to thought I’d check more for consistency.
All done with the closures, so good to return to whatever they need to!
