Local signs tell of an upcoming closure to these segments.
SOUTHBOUND they will be closed 24hrs a day from Mon 12/2/18 for four weeks. Northbound there will be “disruption” but no specific closure advertised. It’s on Roadworks.org and the council website.
I’m unsure how reliable the closure monitor will be for this so I thought a manual closure would be in order?

Yes, this won’t be covered by closure monitor as it’s not a Highways England road so a manual closure is needed. I’ve added the southbound closure which is the first phase to prepare the road. It looks like the actual resurfacing will then happen as overnight works involving a full closure - although I’m not sure if the road will be two-way during the day at that point.
