Please can a L4+ downlock this segment to level 3 so I can sort a closure?
There is info on the roadworks.org that says it is closed to 29th, however a UR reporter is engaging with me so we have better info on the ground. I can then manage it accordingly.
Both segments had a closure set by a user, so I had to delete them, downlock then reset the closure (until midnight tonight).
