Should’nt it be a minor Highway?
N89a… could be major highway too. Let’s see what Steven thinks 
It was a major highway, but as i understood, routing should take the left major highway and it’s not wanted to get a routing for long distance through the center or via N89a.
So i’ve put it as primary, on the same level as the other ‘major’ streets in the area.
As there are no other primaries in the same direction or parallel, it looks ok like this, i think, no?
If there would be other primaries, i would suggest minor highway, but as there aren’t…
useful thinking 
although I probably would have made it minor (hearing some others claiming it has to be a major!!)
