L4 Unlock / Fix - Ironmould Lane, Bristol

Hi,

I’ve noticed there is a right turn that isn’t allowed from Ironmould Lane onto the A4 Bath Road, however there is a L4 lock on the A4 Bath Road. Could this turning please be unlocked (L1) or fixed?
