EB Railroad St. to 638 Division St. (Marked as RPP) would require the driver to be in the left turning lane going straight-ish into the driveway. However, Waze has the user take the right turn lane to get onto Division and “arrive” at the destination.

This is quite an unusual situation for a single address.
There are only two lanes; I opted for ‘LS-R’ instead of ‘L-S-R’.

Yes, I had this discussion in Discord and the simplest solution was the PR for the driveway.

The configuration I suggested was LS|R, maybe it’s the arrows not rendering properly.

Nevertheless, thanks for adding that in Taxy!
