Hello, To edit the following segments, I need Burloak and Railroad unlocked. Can you assist?

Reason: Burloak has been temporarily realigned (to the east) to make way for grade separation. It won’t be completed for possibly another 1-1.5 years from now.
Unlock to lvl: 3

Thanks in advance,
