Hi Editors, I would like to be able to edit the following segments. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Reason: I would like to merge two segments (W/of Heart Lake) into a single segment since it’s 40 km/h. And then cut one segment for one side 60 (E/of Heart Lake), the other 80 further east of it (in both directions).
