Reason: UR is likely requesting a JB for U-turn prevention at Winston Churchill & Argentia intersection, or even adding an AGC left turns for WC. But before doing that, may I divide Argentia within the highlighted segments provided?

Unlocked - also unlocked additional WCP segments if you think AGC is better (even though you have those petrol stations)
I also unlocked Argentia further east (Motel 6) it probably look better to there, see how it goes.
I would need these segments unlocked too, just to make it easier to connect the AGC at the PLR rather than having the AGC start 15m after (simple words: in a relatively short distance from each other).
A little issue is that two PLRs can be accessed both-ways (since no island is put), along with getting out of the PLRs to go left (including the 3rd segment set to one-way, but has straight turn disabled for specific reasons). If you really want me to divide it anyways, you might need this PLR unlocked too.

yeah, I suppose. I’d probably just restrict it entirely. Outbound to WB will be a bitch - and inbound WB, they have the “safer” centre turning east of the light.
The Starbucks side too - like WTF??? that will be hell to make a left.

This one, I unlocked too. Though I dunno. Maybe we do just do a JB here instead of the AGC and just apply the path with a DT?

Alright, I got them done.
I have extended the Argentia dividing towards the Motel 6 as you wish, with the PLR left turn disabled (Starbucks side). I figured that if it’s angled for the right turn when exiting, could be a little hard to make that left turn, even if there is no signs prohibiting the left turn. Along with proceeding straight into another PLR.
And for the AGC left turn (NB WC to WB Argentia), I set a difficult turn for the Toyota Dealership PLR. Hope you’re fine with it. Might want to look at these segments to straighten the geometries since the two PLRs are still locked at 4.
Other than that, here’s a new permalink for relock.
Can you remind me why we opted for AGC vs JB here? I can recall.

With three lanes wide on WC, I figured it would be easier to just add an AGC, since there are two left turning lanes.
