UR that a left turn at the bottom of Trafalgar St wasn’t allowed. This looks like an issue with a small segment of Charter Row being one way. Incidentally, it seems that the right turn which isn’t allowed, shouldn’t be, according to GSV which is relatively recent (Aug '18).
