Speed limit is 30 for these segments. Lowering the lock will be insufficient as most of them have closures, so if you can just update the speed limit 
The speed limit can’t be set either as long as the closures are in place - they stop all edits (which is slightly annoying).
The last closure expires at the end of October - do you think we can get away with leaving these segments without speed limits until then?
If not, I’ll sit down when I get a chance and write down the closures, remove them, set the limits and then re-add the closures…

Should be fine waiting until the closures are gone I reckon. With the Luas works around there, I doubt anyone will even manage 30kph
