I found this lane guidance configuration that I believe does not need to exist.

Lock: N/A
Reason: Currently it is a three-laned guidance, with the left lane blanked due to the removal of the median recently. This median removal is due to the prohibition of turns crossing the medians except buses. (See map notes)
The center and right lanes are both straights, with the right lane allowed to turn into the YMCA
There is no real guidance that is required and can be removed.
